Summary of our return policy

• It has 7 days to return an order after receiving it.

• If you change your mind or the product you received is not as expected, contact us before returning the product within 3 days of receiving your order

• The costs of return will be in charge.

• Note that exceptions to the returns of custom products can be applied.

Instructions for returning items

• If you want to make a return, send us an email or a message via Tictail Talk in your name, address, email address, order number and a specification on what items should be included want to return, preferably using the form return.

• Send the items you wish to return within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of notification.

• You are responsible for any damage to products during shipment. We strongly recommend that send well-packaged products in good condition and in its original packing box or recommend.

• If possible, provide a tracking number for return shipping.

• If shipping a returned item is international, mark the item as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs duties. We are not responsible for any customs duties applied on return packages.

• Unless otherwise indicated, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

• If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in the value of the product to make the repayment.

• The refund will be made after receiving the returned product and assess its status.
